Job summary

Peaceful Pines Senior Living - Fort Pierre is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to partner with the Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan and support programs that foster purpose, connection, and joy for residents across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.

Responsibilities include helping implement a holistic enrichment program, assisting with assessments, and coordinating group activities, events, and outings while maintaining a vibrant, inclusive community.

Responsibilities

• Support life enrichment programs promoting physical, emotional, social, spiritual, intellectual, and recreational well-being.
• Assist with resident assessments related to interests and goals.
• Facilitate group activities, outings, and community events.
• Coordinate with Life Enrichment Coordinator and care team to enhance resident experiences.
• Maintain activity spaces and supplies and assist with transportation as needed.
