The role requires daytime availability with occasional evenings and weekends. A high school diploma is required, and a driver's license is needed within 30 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Driver's license or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and lead community activities, holidays, and events.
• Introduce new residents and families to life enrichment programs.
• Coordinate holiday decorations for the community.
• Support Life Stories assessments and resident records.
• Communicate with residents’ families and coordinate with the team.
