Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Indiana is seeking an Activities Director to lead Life Enrichment programs, coordinate staff, and enhance resident well‑being through engaging activities aligned with Trilogy’s high standards.

You will plan, implement, and assess programs, supervise volunteers and LEAs, promote events across channels, and communicate with residents and families to keep everyone informed and engaged.

Qualifications

• Preferred credentials CTRS, ADC, ACC, or CDP.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Therapeutic Recreation.
• Certified Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy license or.
• 2 or more years of relevant experience in an Activities Director role.
• Minimum age of 25 and pass an MVR with a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Plan and organize Life Enrichment programs to meet resident needs and Trilogy standards.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure LEAs complete tasks.
• Evaluate and improve services using feedback and surveys.
• Respond to resident concerns within 24–48 hours.
• Promote events via newsletters and social media to keep residents informed.
• Lead the volunteer program through recruitment, screening, and training.
