Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in an Activities Director role.
• Preferred CTRS, ADC, ACC credentials.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Therapeutic Recreation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize Life Enrichment programs aligned with resident needs and Trilogy standards.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure LEA tasks are completed to meet resident needs.
• Assess program effectiveness through feedback and surveys to drive improvements.
• Address activity-related concerns promptly to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Promote events via newsletters and social media across platforms.
