Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking an Activities Director to lead Life Enrichment programs, aligning with resident needs and Trilogy standards. You will supervise staff, promote events, and manage volunteers, ensuring a joyful and engaging environment for residents.

The role requires strong organizational skills, creativity in program planning, and a commitment to enhancing residents' well-being through meaningful activities and community connections.

Qualifications

• Preferred CTRS, ADC, ACC, or CDP credentials.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an Activities Director role.
• Must be 25+ and pass an MVR with a valid driver's license and required state endorsements for transportation services.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize Life Enrichment programs to meet resident needs and Trilogy standards.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure LEAs complete tasks to support residents.
• Evaluate services through feedback and surveys to implement improvements.
• Address activity-related resident concerns within 24–48 hours to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop and distribute newsletters and social media to promote events across platforms.
• Lead volunteer program: recruit, screen, train, supervise, and recognize volunteers.
