Windsor at Celebration is recruiting for a hospitality focused Life Enrichment Director to join our team. The Director of Life Enrichment is responsible for planning, coordinating and directing a wide and varied scope of activities and programming which meet the social, educational and recreational (religious) needs of the resident population.

Responsabilidades

• Leads all efforts in Independent Living, Assistant Living, and memory care programming.
• Responsible for the coordination of transportation to events and programs when necessary, including bus transportation and other vehicle transportation.
• Plans, coordinates, and directs a wide scope of social, educational, and recreational activities with the intent of including all residents in some area of activity.
• Manages Activities departments to include Transportation.
• Interviews, selects, supervises, monitors, and serves as the community liaison for all contract personnel for entertainment personnel and for all Resident Functions and Activities.
• Plans, organizes, posts and/or distributes information and material regarding events, programs, activities, etc., including monthly calendars.
• Develops, plans, coordinates and creates Newsletters for the Community as well as master calendar of events.
• Maintains appropriate records pertaining to the department budget. Monitors and controls cost expenditures, providing justifications/explanations for variances as appropriate.
• Responsible for the startup and coordination of Resident Committees and Resident Interest Groups.
• Conducts an orientation for all new residents and interacts with Director of Marketing to ensure smooth transition to the community.
• Manages and direct the functions of the Heartfelt Connections Memory Care Program to include ongoing staff training and assistance in program implementation.
• Evaluates resident activity needs and working in collaboration with community care staff members explore opportunities for resident engagement and plan and schedule all daily activities for the Heartfelt Connections Memory Care Program based on individual needs and resident interest.
