Job summary

Windsor at Celebration in Florida is seeking a hospitality-focused Life Enrichment Director to lead a broad program of social, educational and recreational activities across independent living, assisted living and memory care.

You will plan, coordinate and direct daily calendars, oversee transportation for events, manage the Activities department and partner with care staff to tailor engagement to each resident’s interests.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating senior living activity programs preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to direct budgets and vendor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Leads all activities and programming for Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.
• Coordinates transportation to events and programs, ensuring resident safety during events and trips.
• Plans, coordinates, and directs a wide scope of social, educational, and recreational activities for residents.
• Manages Activities department, including Transportation, and oversees external personnel as needed.
• Interviews, hires, and supervises contract personnel for entertainment and resident events; negotiates contracts/agreements.
• Develops monthly calendars and distributes information about events and programs; creates community newsletters.
