Job summary

The Willows of Easley in Easley, SC is seeking a Life Enrichment/Activities Director to plan and oversee resident activity programs that enhance wellness and daily living for seniors. You will support the Wellness Director with resident-related issues and help foster a compassionate, engaging community.

Responsibilities include programming seven days a week, coordinating monthly meetings, managing the activity budget, and facilitating transportation and community outings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year working with the senior population.
• Must complete state-required time frame for Life Enrichment Directors training.
• Strong organizational planning and communication abilities.
• High level of interpersonal relations and leadership capability.
• Must have or obtain a valid Driver’s License to drive the activity van.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and facilitate activity programs to promote resident wellness.
• Assist in managing the activity budget and purchasing supplies.
• Coordinate monthly Resident Council meetings and maintain minutes.
• Develop transportation plans including regular community outings and medical trips.
• Support sales with community tours and, as needed, weekend management duties.
• Collaborate with Executive Director and other departments to ensure smooth program operations.
