The Willows of Easley, part of Grace Management, Inc., is seeking a Life Enrichment/Activities Director to design and lead activities that promote wellness and a vibrant, resident-centered lifestyle in our Assisted Living community.

You will manage daily programs, coordinate volunteers, work with family and staff, and ensure activities meet regulatory standards while staying within budget; prior senior-care experience and strong planning skills are essential.

Competenze

• Degree or experience in Human Services, Recreational Therapy, Music Therapy, or Art Therapy.
• Minimum of one year working with the senior population.
• Strong organizational, planning and communication skills.
• Ability to flex with varying schedules and lift up to 40 pounds.

Mansioni

• Design and implement activity programs to promote wellness for residents.
• Maintain a monthly calendar of activities and manage budget and supplies.
• Coordinate volunteer program and collaborate with staff, residents, and families.
• Assist in transportation planning and lead monthly Resident Council meetings.
