Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated role at Creekside on Bardstown in Louisville to enhance resident enrichment programs and coordinate daily activities. The job focuses on planning, promoting, and delivering engaging activities for residents while upholding care standards and HIPAA compliance.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED (or equivalent), with 1–2 years of related experience. It is a full-time on-site position with hourly pay between $18.00 and $20.00.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.

Responsabilidades

• Creates and adheres to a monthly activity calendar.
• Speaks to residents at all levels of care with empathy, kindness, compassion, and respect.
• Coordinates special events for residents, families, and staff.
• Transports and supervises residents on outings, shopping trips, and doctor's visits.
• Screens, recruits, trains, and coordinates volunteers.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly environment for all residents.
• Provides training, guidance, and support to staff on life enrichment programming.
• Acts as facilitator and takes minutes at resident council meetings.
• Follows up on concerns from resident council with the appropriate department manager.
