Job summary

Midwest Health Inc. is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan and implement activity programs addressing residents’ physical, mental and psychosocial needs. You will plan group and individual activities and maintain necessary documentation in accordance with policies.

The role includes coordinating volunteers, supporting staff morale, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while providing quality resident care and engagement.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must have basic computer skills for documentation.
• Must be able to work beyond normal hours including weekends/holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities to meet residents' physical, mental and psychosocial needs.
• Coordinate group and individual activities and maintain documentation.
• Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations and facility policies.
• Assist in input on care plans and deliver community information to residents.
• Coordinate volunteers and support staff morale and community involvement.
