Monarch Communities in Basking Ridge, NJ is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to implement programs for residents. You will develop and run activities that meet residents’ needs and engage families in histories and profiles, while coordinating daily events and outreach.

The role requires a high school diploma or higher and strong communication skills. A valid driver’s license to operate the community vehicle for outings is needed. This is an hourly, non-exempt position with flexible scheduling.

Aufgaben

• Assist with planning and implementing resident programs.
• Create resident histories and profiles with family input.
• Engage residents in daily programs and manage setup/cleanup.
• Create monthly social program calendar and share with staff.
• Keep residents engaged between programs.
• Drive community vehicle for resident outings.
• Attend in-service trainings and ensure compliance with policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
