Job summary

Monarch Communities in Haddonfield is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to implement programs for residents at Brandywine by Monarch Communities. You will help plan events, assist with resident histories, and support daily program setup and wrap-up.

You will drive the community vehicle for outings, participate in trainings, and ensure compliance with regulations and policies while fostering a compassionate, engaging environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Related experience in leading programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willing to work flexible hours.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new applications.
• Ability to drive the community vehicle for resident outings.

Responsibilities

• Assists with planning and implementing programs that meet residents' needs and interests.
• Helps create resident histories and profiles with family involvement.
• Engages residents in daily programs and handles setup/cleanup.
• Creates a monthly social program calendar and shares with staff and residents.
• Keeps residents engaged between planned programs.
• Drives the community vehicle for resident outings.
• Participates in in-service trainings and maintains compliance with regulations.
• Supports general duties as assigned.
