• Plan and lead social, recreational, spiritual, and therapeutic activities for residents.
• Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activity programs that meet residents' needs and interests.
• Encourage participation and provide one-on-one visits for residents.
• Accurately document all services and activities.
• Assist with care plans and contribute to quality assurance initiatives.
• Support residents with shopping needs and provide transportation as needed.
• Develop and maintain a monthly activity calendar that fosters engagement and community.
