Job summary

Valley Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to design and lead a variety of activities that enhance residents' well-being. You will be organized, creative, and build meaningful connections with seniors, including social, recreational, spiritual, and therapeutic programs.

• Assist with care plans and contribute to quality assurance initiatives.
• Support residents with shopping needs and provide transportation as needed.
• Develop and maintain a monthly activity calendar that fosters engagement and community.

Job description

Location: Valley Senior Living on Columbia

• Full Time & PRN Opportunities
• 8:00 am- 4:30 pm
• Skill Nursing certified: Starting wage is between $23.00 and $27.21 per hour
• Uncertified: Starting wage is between $17.55 and $20.82 per hour
• Full-time employees must obtain a CNA Certification within 120 days of hire (certification provided through Valley Senior Living).

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• High school graduate or GED.
