Addison of Port Orange, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking dedicated staff to provide compassionate care in an assisted living environment. The role supports residents’ daily living, safety, and well-being within a welcoming team at our Port Orange facility.

• Interacts with residents, families, staff, and other visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous manner.
• Provides quality care to residents and supports independence based on preferences.
• Adheres to safety and compliance guidelines as mandated by SSL, State and Federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with residents, families, staff and other visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous.
• Ensure that residents are free from abuse (physical, verbal and sexual).
• Supports resident independent recreation, based on individual preferences.
• Ensures the residents' right to make personal choices in agreement with the residents' service plan.
• Attends all in-service education programs mandated by SSL, State and Federal guidelines.
