Responsibilities

• Interact with residents, families, staff, and visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous manner.
• Ensure that residents are free from abuse (physical, verbal and sexual).
• Supports resident independent recreation, based on individual preferences.
• Ensures the residents' right to make personal choices in agreement with the residents' service plan.
• Attends all in-service education programs mandated by SSL, State and Federal guidelines.
