Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a chauffeur for a residence-based transportation role. The position supports residents by providing transport to appointments, activities, and errands while assisting them with belongings and entry/exit from vehicles.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of commercial driving experience, a valid license, a clean driving record, and a Certified Nurse Aide license. High school diploma or GED is required, with emphasis on safety and courteous, attentive service.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in commercial driving or large vehicle operation.
• Prefer experience in passenger transportation.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license for the state the vehicle operates in and a clean driving record.
• Certified Nurse Aide License required.

Responsibilities

• Operate the car/van/bus at the residence.
• Transport residents to appointments, shopping, and activities as directed.
• Assist residents on/off vehicles and with belongings.
• Secure wheelchairs and ensure passenger safety in the vehicle.
• Maintain appearance and operating condition of residence vehicles.
• Coordinate medical appointment schedules with nursing leadership.
• Keep certifications current and participate in trainings.
