Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Chauffeur to provide transportation for residents at our residence. The role includes assisting residents with boarding, securing wheelchairs, and maintaining vehicle readiness.

The position requires a CNA license, a valid driver license, and at least one year of commercial driving experience. Strong English communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver license for the state of operation with a clean driving record.
• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license required.
• Minimum one year of commercial driving or large vehicle operation experience.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English; requires attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operates the car/van/bus at the residence and transports residents as directed.
• Provides transportation to appointments, shopping, and other locations.
• Assists residents on/off the vehicle and with belongings.
• Ensures wheelchairs are properly secured in the vehicle.
• Maintains appearance and operating condition of residence vehicles.
• Coordinates medical appointment schedules with the Director of Nursing/Health and Wellness Director/Coordinator.
• Keeps certifications current and participates in trainings and staff meetings.
