Job summary

Carillon at Belleview Station, part of Ascent Living Communities, is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to join the Memory Care Life Enrichment team in Denver. You will plan, organize, and lead activities supporting residents’ physical, intellectual, spiritual, and social needs, working 9am to 5pm Tuesday through Saturday.

The role partners with the Life Enrichment Director to enhance quality of life, promote wellness, and foster a warm, supportive community within a senior living environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience or training preferred providing life enrichment activities.
• Experience working with the senior population preferred.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, conducting, and evaluating the Memory Care life enrichment program.
• Participate in the development and implementation of activity care plans and resident assessments.
• Invite and encourage residents to attend and participate in daily activities.
• Involve the resident/family in planning activities that meet the goals and objectives of the resident.

Carillon at Belleview Station, one of Denver’s premier senior living communities, is seeking an outgoing Life Enrichment Assistant to join our Memory Care Life Enrichment team. In this role, you will work closely with the Life Enrichment Director to plan, organize, and lead meaningful activities that support the recreational, physical, intellectual, spiritual, and social needs of our Memory Care residents. You will help create a variety of engaging experiences designed to enhance each resident’s quality of life, promote wellness, and foster a supportive, vibrant community. This position works 9am to 5pm Tuesday through Saturday.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in planning, developing, organizing, conducting, and evaluating the Memory Care life enrichment program

Participate in the development and implementation of activity care plans and resident assessments

Invite and encourage residents to attend and participate in daily activities

Involve the resident/family in planning activities that meet the goals and objectives of the resident

Qualifications

1 year experience or training preferred providing life enrichment activities preferred

Experience working with the senior population preferred

Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Due to the nature of the work performed by Ascent Living Communities, and that this position works with a vulnerable population, we do require a criminal background check be completed

Pay

$22.00 - $23.50 an hour based on experience
