Job summary

Danbury Senior Living in Westerville, Ohio is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to support our Life Enrichment Director in planning and implementing resident activities. Activities span recreation, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs, with examples like exercise classes, arts and crafts, musical entertainment, group outings, trivia and bingo.

Weekend day and one evening shift are required weekly; the role includes a full‑time benefits package and a supportive work family

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior living activities / life enrichment department is helpful, but not required.
• Memory Care Experience is preferred.
• It is essential that our Life Enrichment Assistants are patient, compassionate, and caring.
• A great outlook, cheerful disposition, and love of seniors are a must.

Responsibilities

• Our Life Enrichment Assistants help the Life Enrichment Director in planning and implementing resident activities. These activities are recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs. Some examples are: exercise classes, arts and crafts, musical entertainment, group outings, trivia and bingo, brain games, church services, and much more!
