Danbury Senior Living in Columbus, OH seeks a Life Enrichment Assistant to support planning and delivering engaging resident activities across recreation, social, arts, and spiritual programs. The role emphasizes patience, compassion, and a love for seniors in a community setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with a variety of programs, supporting residents’ well-being, and collaborating with the Life Enrichment Director to create meaningful daily experiences for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior living activities or life enrichment department is helpful, but not required.
• Essential that Life Enrichment Assistants are patient, compassionate, and caring.
• A great outlook, cheerful disposition, and love of seniors are a must.

What do Life Enrichment Assistants do at Danbury?

• Our Life Enrichment Assistants help the Life Enrichment Director in planning and implementing resident activities. These activities are recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs. Some examples are: exercise classes, arts and crafts, musical entertainment, group outings, trivia and bingo, brain games, church services, and much more!
