Job summary

Danbury Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to support the Life Enrichment Director in planning and implementing engaging resident activities. Activities include exercise classes, arts and crafts, musical entertainment, group outings, trivia and bingo, brain games, and church services, among others.

We value patience, compassion, and a love of seniors. Prior experience in a senior living activities department is helpful but not required, and a cheerful disposition is essential.

• A great outlook, cheerful disposition, and love of seniors are a must.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement resident activities across recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs.
• Organize exercise classes, arts and crafts, musical entertainment, group outings, trivia and bingo, brain games, church services, and more.
• Collaborate with Life Enrichment Director to deliver engaging and meaningful resident experiences.

What do Life Enrichment Assistants do at Danbury?

• Our Life Enrichment Assistants help the Life Enrichment Director in planning and implementing resident activities.
