Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, setting up, and leading group and individual activities
• Encourage participation and adapt activities to meet residents' needs
• Lead and assist with programs such as: Arts and crafts, brain games and memory activities, music programs and sing-alongs, chair exercises and movement activities, games, celebrations and special events
• Transport residents to and from activities as needed
• Prepare and clean up supplies and activity spaces
• Observe and report changes in resident engagement, mood, or behavior
