Job summary

Enso Village in Healdsburg, CA is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to support programs across Memory Care, Assisted Living, and Independent Living. You will help plan, lead, and facilitate engaging daily activities that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and spiritual well‑being.

The role emphasizes resident-centered care, teamwork with the Life Enrichment Specialist and Director, and collaboration with care staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in Recreation Therapy or Gerontology preferred.
• 1–2 years’ experience in senior living, recreation, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and implement daily activity programs under supervision.
• Lead small group and 1:1 programs in arts, music, exercise, crafts, games, and sensory activities.
• Escort residents to activities and ensure safety and participation.
• Maintain activity calendars and communication materials.
• Collaborate with care staff and other teams to support resident well‑being.
