Job summary

Saint Francis Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Worcester, MA is seeking a Life Enrichment Program Assistant to support memory care residents with engaging activities and events. The role involves delivering daily activity programs, one-to-one visits, and group sessions, while maintaining a person-centered approach to care.

Extensive training is provided, and previous experience with dementia or senior populations is a plus.
