Job summary

Springfield Rehabilitation and HealthCare Center in Springfield, MO is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to plan and lead meaningful daily activities for residents in long term care, memory care, or rehab. You’ll assess, document, and coordinate programs that enhance quality of life.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Team player with basic typing and computer skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Publisher (for calendars, newsletters, and marketing materials)

We are looking for a compassionate, energetic, and creative individual who enjoys working with seniors and is passionate about enhancing their quality of life.
