Job Title: Life Enrichment Assistant

Join Brandywine Living as a Part-time Life Enrichment Assistant at The Sycamore community! This role is dedicated to enriching our residents' lives through engaging activities and programs.

Schedule:

• Sundays and Mondays: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Fridays: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Get to know residents to help plan and implement spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional activities.
• Promote upcoming events through various communication channels.
• Organize and run activities like games, painting, singing, and music.
• Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily events.
• Occasionally drive the community vehicle for resident transportation (must be 21+).
• Assist in setting up and breaking down events and activities.

Qualifications:

• Ability to connect quickly with people and learn about them.
• Talents in singing, dancing, art, poetry, history, or trivia are a plus.
• Creative mindset with a positive attitude and high energy.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
