As a Life Enrichment Coordinator, your responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and coordinating meaningful activities tailored to residents' needs, promoting their physical, mental, and social well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Life Enrichment with planning and coordinating resident activities and special events following the community's programs.
• Promote a healthy community culture for residents and staff.
• Provide educational opportunities on disease prevention and management, aligned with wellness programs.
• Lead daily resident activities according to community standards.
• Prepare and distribute monthly activity calendars.
• Design and implement diverse programs for residents with varying needs, including memory care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Six months experience working with seniors in activities or life enrichment preferred.

Additional Details

Part-Time position, working Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and every other weekend.

Rate of Pay: $16.50/hr+
