Job summary

Colossal Health & Rehab Center in Worthington, OH is seeking an activities assistant to help plan, implement, and evaluate a range of resident programs. You will support recreational, social, educational, and cultural activities in alignment with each resident's care plan and supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, educational, cultural, physical, emotional and spiritual programs per resident care plan.
• Support residents in daily activities and encourage participation in activities.
• Collaborate with supervisory staff to customize activities to resident needs.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, educational/intellectual, cultural, physical, emotional and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as directed by your supervisor.
