Job summary

Tremont Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Recreation Specialist to assist in planning and delivering a range of programs for residents in a skilled nursing setting. You will support recreational, educational, cultural, and physical activities aligned with each resident’s plan, working under supervision in a caring, team-oriented environment.

The role is full-time (30 hours/week) with first-shift hours and every-other-weekend requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, implementation and evaluation of recreational, social, educational/intellectual, cultural, physical, emotional and spiritual programs for residents, in accordance with the care plan and as directed by supervisor.

Position Summary:
