Job summary

The Gardens of Green Ridge is seeking staff to assist in delivering engaging activities and programs for residents in an assisted living setting. The role supports a compassionate, team-based environment focused on resident well-being and meaningful daily activities.

Shifts include 9:00am–5:30pm, 11:00am–7:30pm, with every other weekend. Compensation is based on experience and benefits are provided, including tuition assistance and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational, social, educational, cultural, physical and spiritual programs.
• Follow resident assessments and care plans under supervision.
• Support a positive, family-like atmosphere and uphold program standards.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, educational/intellectual, cultural, physical, emotional and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as directed by your supervisor.
