Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to work flexible hours.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record; able to lift to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing a monthly program calendar based on wellness dimensions.
• Lead 6–7 high-quality programs per day for IL and AL residents.
• Coordinate with program team and volunteers; organize supplies, calendars, and events.
• Transport residents to activities and appointments as needed; assist with on- and off-site outings.
