Qualifications

• Experience planning and delivering activities in Assisted Living, Memory Support, or Skilled Nursing settings.
• Knowledge of gerontology, dementia, anatomy/physiology, or recreation therapy is a plus.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Excellent communication and a compassionate team-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of therapeutic, recreational, and social activities.
• Lead programs tailored to residents' interests and needs.
• Collaborate with volunteers and staff to create a warm, inclusive environment.
