Job summary

Wingate Residences at Cranston is seeking an Life Enrichment Assistant to support activity programs for residents. This role is full-time, with all shifts available, and requires a caring, patient approach.

You will assist the Life Enrichment Director in planning and delivering engaging activities, supervise small and large groups, and help residents participate in social and recreational events.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Aptitude and some training in arts and crafts.
• Ability to supervise group recreational activities.
• Must have patience, tact, enthusiasm and a cheerful disposition.
• Must be able to handle residents with physical and psychological disabilities.

Responsibilities
