Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living is seeking an Activities Assistant to implement life enrichment programs and support residents in social activities. You will work with the Life Enrichment Director to meet interests and social needs in a compassionate environment.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, teamwork with families and staff, and attention to residents’ preferences during activities and meals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related experience preferred.
• Preferred CNA certification or 1-year experience in care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary care setting.

Responsibilities

• Implements life enrichment programs with the Life Enrichment Director to meet residents' social needs.
• Assists residents to and from activities and outings as scheduled.
• Maintains rapport with family members and supports their involvement.
• Records attendance and participation in activities in a timely manner.
• Supports residents' individual routines and preferences.
