Job summary

Covenant Living is seeking an Activities/Life Enrichment Assistant to support SNF, AL, and Residential Living residents with individual and group activities. You will help plan, set up, and lead a variety of programs, track attendance, and assist with event coordination and transportation as needed.

The role emphasizes creativity, strong organizational and communication skills, and a patient, service-oriented approach to resident care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and implementing life enrichment programs.
• Assist in set-up and decorating for special events.
• Lead programs such as exercise, arts & crafts, and social events.
• Record attendance and monitor residents' participation.
• Transport residents to activities and accompany them on trips.
• Ensure safety and operate equipment as needed.
• Maintain bulletin boards, calendars, and materials.
