Great Lakes Management Company in Hopkins, MN is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to support the Life Enrichment Director in planning and leading activity programs for residents.

You will organize events, assess needs, coordinate transportation, supervise volunteers, and help maintain safety and quality of life for seniors. This full-time role offers benefits and a 20% Rasmussen University tuition grant.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1-year activities experience in independent retirement, assisted living, adult day services or long-term care facility serving a senior population.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with planning, promotion, and facilitating/leading each event or program.
• Assess residents’ recreational and social needs.
• Support development of monthly Activity Calendar of Events.
• Lead small, large, and one on one activity programs with seniors.
• Research and recommend entertainment/educational speakers, etc.
• Coordinate transportation to outside events; accompany residents on field trips as assigned.
• Work with volunteers and direct their assignments to support programming.
• Maintain the bus interior and exterior; report maintenance needs.
