Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing resident activities, including calendar development, budgeting, coordinating with outside organizations, setup, and cleanup.
• Ensure activities meet the needs and preferences of residents.
• Oversee specific life enrichment components as assigned (e.g., Memory Care, specific activities).
• Coordinate transportation for residents to outside events, including driving company vehicles.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Experience working with seniors, event planning, lesson planning, customer service, or creative skills.
• Required: Valid driver’s license, driving record meeting insurance requirements, willingness to transport residents.
• Previous experience is a plus but not required.
