Life Enrichment Coordinator / Activity Coordinator / Activities Staff / Activity Ambassador

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Assist the DLE with planning, coordinating, and running all community activities.
  2. Assist with the planning of the monthly activities calendar and newsletter, if necessary.
  3. Support Food and Beverage programming and service.
  4. Encourage residents to participate in community activities, assisting them to attend while supporting their independence.
  5. Help with ordering supplies and equipment for activities.
  6. Attend outings off-site as needed, ensuring residents' safety and engagement.
  7. Maintain the Activity Participation Tracking Chart, if applicable.
  8. Assist in the success of the community schedule.
  9. Respect residents' rights to privacy during interactions.
  10. Safely drive residents to and from activities when required.
  11. Work in a safe and alert manner, taking ownership of safety for yourself and residents.
  12. Disclose any medication that might impair your ability to perform your duties safely and competently.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Entry-level position.
  • Part-time employment.
  • Experience in administrative roles is preferred.
