Position: Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant

Make a difference in residents' lives by planning and executing engaging activities.

Hours

• Full-time, 10 am - 6 pm

Requirements

• Current, valid driver’s license
• Driving record meets insurance requirements
• Willingness to transport residents in company vehicles
• Preferred: experience with seniors, event or lesson planning, customer service, creative skills

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement resident activities; manage calendar, budget, coordinate with outside organizations
• Ensure activities meet residents' needs and preferences
• Oversee specific enrichment components as assigned
• Coordinate transportation for residents to outside events
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines

Previous experience is preferred but not required.
