Job Summary

Assist in developing resident activity programs, conduct activities according to the direction from the Life Enrichment Coordinator, and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.

Position Overview

• Organize programs for various resident groups based on individual needs
• Maintain recreational activities balance
• Facilitate group and individual activities, coordinate with departments, and communicate with residents and families
• Prepare monthly life enrichment calendars reflecting residents’ interests
• Organize activity supplies and prepare progress reports
• Assist residents to and from activities, participate in trainings, and recognize changes in residents’ conditions
• Maintain professionalism, supervise volunteers, and assist with outings, including driving company vehicles

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Preferred 6 months experience
• Knowledge of senior needs, engaging techniques, and computer skills
