Job summary

Saginaw Senior Care & Rehab in Saginaw, MI is seeking a Life Enrichment & Activities Aide for part-time work. You will help deliver and lead daily life enrichment activities, promoting hospitality and a positive healing environment for guests and families. Some shifts include weekends and holidays.

Experience in long-term care is preferred. Associates in Music or Recreational Therapy is a plus. Join our EPIC team dedicated to compassionate, engaging care and community involvement.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related experience in long term care preferred.
• Associates in Music or Recreational Therapy is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care!

Responsibilities

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
• Assist and lead group and one-on-one life enrichment programs.
• Encourage attendance and transport to life enrichment programs.
• Evaluate patients according to background, interests, abilities, and needs for meaningful programs.
• Develop and display thematic and holiday decorations throughout the facility.
