Job summary

WellBridge of Clarkston is looking for an Activities Aide to deliver and lead daily life enrichment programs that are therapeutic and promote health and well-being for residents. You will help with group and one-on-one activities, promote attendance, and support decorations to create a welcoming environment.

The position is part-time (2-3 days per week with rotating weekends). Base pay is $15.15 per hour plus $0.85 per hour heroic pay, with annual wage increases and a range of benefits including

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions.

• Evaluate patients based on interests and needs for meaningful programs.
• Develop and display thematic decorations throughout the facility.
