Job summary

Highgate Senior Living in Wenatchee, WA is seeking a hands-on maintenance associate to support building care, resident suites, and common areas. You will perform preventive maintenance, minor repairs, safety drills, and documentation with strong customer service.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, maintaining tools and logs, and assisting with housekeeping and grounds as needed, while clearly communicating progress to residents and the team.

Qualifications

About the role

• At least 21 years of age; valid driver’s license with qualifying abstract
• Current negative TB test; able to pass background check
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs with assistance
• CPR/First Aid or ability to obtain
• Time management and independent work ethic
