Highgate Senior Living in Prescott, AZ is seeking a Life Enhancement Coordinator to create and lead an engaging program of activities for assisted living and memory care. You will design experiences across movement, mindfulness, creativity, spirituality, and learning to help residents find purpose.

Plan monthly calendars, coach the activities team, coordinate volunteers, track participation, manage supplies and budgets, and report outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• 2+ years in customer service/events/groups.
• Current negative TB test; background check clearance.
• Valid driver's license with qualifying abstract.

About the role

Create and lead an engaging program of activities, events, and experiences for assisted living and memory care.
