Job summary

Highgate Senior Living in Prescott, AZ is seeking an AZ Certified Caregiver to support residents with dignity and purpose. You will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, and help residents live with meaning each day.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must hold an AZ Certified Caregiver license.
• Must have a current negative TB test and background clearance.
• CPR & First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Offer companionship, cueing, and purposeful engagement.
• Observe and report changes; document per policy.
• Uphold infection control and safety procedures.
• Support dining, hydration, and restorative activities.

Compensation: $20.00–$23.00 per hour

Help residents live with purpose each day through whole-person support.

Provide physical assistance and emotional support with dignity and respect.
