Bridge Senior Living LLC in Georgia is hiring a Life Engagement Director to join our leadership team. The role focuses on promoting wellness across physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions while coordinating engaging activities for all levels of care.

You will supervise Activity Assistants, plan monthly schedules and newsletters, and ensure safe transportation for residents. We offer a strong benefits package and opportunities for growth within a Great Place to Work environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License in the State of Residency.
• Combination of education and/or experience working with Seniors.
• 2-3 years of experience in Senior Living as an Activities/Life Engagement Director.

Responsibilities

• Plan, promote implement, coordinate, and evaluate activities in all levels of care.
• Supervise, schedule and evaluate Activity Assistants during scheduled events.
• Develop, post and maintain a monthly schedule and newsletter in a timely manner to residents.
• Ensure timely, safe, secure, and dependable transportation services for residents.
