Job summary

Bridge Senior Living in the United States is seeking a Life Engagement Assistant with a Tuesday-Saturday schedule. The role involves planning, coordinating, and evaluating a program of therapeutic recreational activities for residents to promote enjoyment and overall wellness.

You will collaborate with other departments to tailor activities, assist with transportation for events and appointments, and help prepare the monthly Community newsletter.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid state driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• At least 1 year of related work experience in senior living.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, coordinate and evaluate a program of therapeutic recreational activities for residents.
• Establish, promote and support programs fostering enjoyment and overall wellness.
• Consult with other departments to implement activities for residents.
• Assist in coordinating transportation for scheduled activities and resident appointments; may transport residents.
• Assist in preparing the monthly Community newsletter.

Life Engagement Assistant Job Summary:
