Job summary

Bridge Senior Living in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a part-time Life Engagement Assistant to plan and coordinate therapeutic recreational activities for residents. You will promote wellness, work with other departments, and arrange transportation for events and appointments.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 year of senior living experience. Competitive benefits and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Valid state driver's license with safe driving record.
• At least 1 year of related work experience in senior living.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate a program of therapeutic recreational activities for residents.
• Establish, promote, and support programs fostering enjoyment and overall wellness.
• Consult with other departments in implementing appropriate activities for Residents.
• Assist in coordination of transportation for scheduled activities and resident appointments.
• May occasionally be responsible for resident transportation.
• Assist in preparation of monthly Community newsletter.
